Option to disable the suspension of Users when they go over their limits new

Users can now be allowed to exceed their bandwidth limits. Its an option in the user packages... skins designers take note of the new tokens.

Added a few more default tokens for various things new

A few customized tokens were requested, very minor and easy to do.

Allow multiple email addresses to be used in a forwarder. new

Allow multiple email addresses to be used in a forwarder. Comma separated, no spaces. Bug found in this new feature on June 15th, should be fixed for 1.08.

Added soft link from /tmp/mysql.sock to the one being used fix

Mysql doesn't put its sock in /tmp but some programs were trying to find it there. Added a symbolic link to the real one.
