ip_change_(pre|post).sh

Scripts that are used before/after changing the IP of a user.

username: Name of DA user
old_ip: old ip to be changed
new_ip: new ip that replaces old ip

ipsconf_write_post.sh

Hook script that is ran after the write of /etc/httpd/conf/ips.conf.
